LisaMarie Partridge started as a licensed laboratory technician. Years of running diagnostics taught her something most billers never learn: what the clinical work actually is, what it costs to do properly, and what the record is supposed to say when it's done right.
She became a certified coder because she kept watching legitimate, well-performed diagnostic work get denied over paperwork: a missing signature, a wrong modifier, a note that didn't say the thing the payer needed it to say. It was infuriating, and it was fixable. So she learned to fix it.
HnP Claim Care grew out of that. It specialized in intraoperative neuromonitoring early (well before it became a crowded field) because that was the work she understood from the inside. Today the firm handles IONM, ambulatory EEG, sleep, and out-of-network surgical claims for practices across multiple states. Founded 2014
She is still the sole owner, still the final word on a difficult claim, and still the person who picks up the phone when a client has a real problem. The team is small on purpose and family-anchored in fact. There is no account manager between you and the person who decides.
